In need of a loan to buy a business

need of a business loan to buy a franchise in Miami, FL its current monthly NOI is 20k the purchase price is 200k and my credit is not so good, please advise if a loan can be obtained.

20K NOI on a 200K purchase price?? I think that is fluff at best & deception at worst. 200K doesn't get you much -- most of the business I have looked at yield earnings that come to $5.00 an hour if that.
