Robin, there are some templates that free on the internet you can use. You can fill in the information regarding your business and the buyer's information and it will print out a copy for you. Jon is correct, in that they won't be customized for your specific need, which is crucial. Why you would need to protect something that might be vitally important to a FREE access source, is beyond me!

Moreover, suppose you have to go to court to enforce these agreements - because, if you don't intend to be aggressive enough to protect your interests in court, why bother? And the judge asks you where you got this agreement, and you say, "Duh...I got 'em free, off the Internet..." How much credibility does that give you in a court of law?

In many cases, you get what you pay for!

Why do you need these forms and why do you need them free. Have you got something to protect?
Check with a good office products store or go on line and try to google the words. You just might find something you can use but they won't be customized for your application so watch out.
