I'm looking to buy a cheap SUBWAY franchise in philadelphia,PA!!! anybody has it?

I want to buy a business like a SUBWAY franschise, but I don't have much money to put down I only has 10 Grand. I don't want to waste any broker/lawyer/professional time. Don't you think it is possible to buy this business with a little money down or No money down? I have excelent credit history. all I know it seems this far from my dreams on small business with less money, I know it so scary to start a business if I don't have enough financial ready. Any Idea what type a cheap SUB or deli business but profitable available in Philadelphia?

In my opinion, I think you're going about it the wrong way. Ten thousand will not even cover the transaction cost of most deals.

So buying a 10k is out. What you need is either a full partner or a silent partner. Finding a partner is not as hard as you may think but I also can not cover all the aspects of finding a partner on here. I would say go to your local book store and find a book specifically about making partnerships. You may have to split the profits 50/50 for a while but 50% of something is better then 100% of nothing.

$10k is pretty thin. Even if you can get the business, you need money to fund the first three months, at the very least. Moreover, any business that is "cheap", is cheap for a reason: There is no profit being earned! In any small business, the price is directly related to the amount of the profits being earned. Under the absolute best circumstances, you might be able to afford a $100k business, with $10k down. And in the current banking environment, that would be a real stretch, in a business like a Subway. That would probably mean the profit in the business might be about $30,000 at best, before you pay anything on the loan. Very tough to do. Your best bet is to go directly to Subway.
