It is much easier to gain an E2 visa by purchasing an established franchise business model. You can then run the business, pay taxes and work towards citizenship. Drawbacks are that you need to purchase a franchise or business opportunity that has a total cost of at least $100k and you must employ at least three (3) people, other than direct family members.

I would be happy to help you find such a franchise or business opportunity. I represent 390 different franchises and business opportunities in 21 different industries.

Fell free to contact me at I can also introduce you to attorneys who specialize in E2 visa/franchise law.

Good luck!

You can perform such a search directly here on In the State of Florida you can search on the Business Brokers of Florida site which will also indicate whether or not the broker believes that the business will qualify for a visa. You can go directly to my site for convenience and perform that search.
