SBA financing is often the best route for business aq. If you find a biz with commercila real estate its much easier to get done. Other things to consider is try to find a business that has stable gross sales over the last 3 years and that has decent net income. Lastly you really need 3 ro 5 year experiance.

We'll go as low as $400k

Dear Will, buying a business can be a chore. Look for businesses that provide owner financing. I am selling my business and have all the financing in place. In today's market, you will need a down payment. Banks are getting picky and are not in the business of taking risks. They will finance the right deal. Just keep looking and find a business that fits your needs that has the financing in place and you are ready to go. Sam
