Paige,........do the same things a Broker would do, advertise on a site like this one, contact your distributor and ask them if any of their other clients are in an expansion mode, contact other liquor stores you know or that are near you and tell them you are selling, and don't worry about your paperwork. Just offer any potential buyer a release of information signed by you to present to your venders and they will give the buyer your purchases for the last couple of years, purchases can prove out volume.
