ABS has both positive reports from various sources, as well as critics who say everything from, "fees are too high", to "...it is a scam!" I cannot tell you whether it is a good company or not; however, I know enough about the Medical Billing business to tell you it is extremely difficult to get Clients! It is frequently all about relationships, and unless you have such relationships already built up, it can take a LOOOOONNNNGGG time to generate them on your own. Is ABS providing you with Clients? If not, the daily grind of actually doing the Billing may be done in your home, but selling your services will be a long, arduous process, with long hours and a lot of rejection.

We can help with funding, in some circumstances. But many franchises have access to such lenders; does ABS?

Finally, I would not lead my quest for funding with, "I can not do any more hard work..."! I don't know you or your circumstances; but NO lender wants to hear that you don't want to work. They want to know that you will bust your butt, in an effort to repay the loan. Whatever your reasoning for making that statement, it suggests to a lender that you are lazy.
