I need 15-20K to purchase a nieghborhood tavern in ME any ideas?

The business runs without owners present and does well. No food is severned presently which I will add and me and my three sons will run the business I have owned and operated 3 successful restaruants in the past including a neighborhood bar/tavern. The financials are right from the business tax returns and are acurate. The present managment does little to nothing attract business and with a little marketing and advertising it will go along way. There is room for nighly entertainment ie. Bands, DJs, Karoky, Radio station broadcasting. The location is excellent with axcess to the facility from two different sides of the building with signage on both side (good exposure). This is a good business now that I can make great.
