Hi. Would you ever consider moving to Atlanta, Georgia or surrounding areas to invest in a business (Gas Station, Convenience Store, Liquor Store, or Hotel). If so, please give me a call at (404) 910-3928. I have many investment opportunities. Thank you.

Hello Maia, whatever business you buy is going to be a real learning experience. I would suggest that you look at a franchise that you can get for $25K so you can keep the rest for ongoing expenses and for emergencies. I just happen to have one, check www.edgemasterfranchising.com see if it fits, if it doesn't look at all the others. You will have experience behind your first attempt at running a business. Best of luck, Jon at Edgemaster Mobile Sharpening

Hello, I have two businesses that are established and would be very easy for a beginner to take over. You could either keep the managers currently in place to run the business for you as an absentee owner, or just for a a period of time until you learn to run the business yourself. Both of them are currently making good money and have been in business for several years. Please contact me if you would like further information at mgoebel9@gmail.com.
Best Regards

Maia-
Sorry to hear that .But consider it as a blessing in disguise.Somethings happen in your life for a reason The destiny is a bigger force to reckon with. Long time ago I quit a nice job for a sales career
that was low paying but it gave me a new sense of direction and later i prospered and made plenty of money in sales. You have to break that barrier by ignoring this blow by putting it on the back burner
and look forward for a bright future.
I have one good business in Cslifornia in Orange County if you like it I can discuss it with you.
That suits your budget and is absentee run.
Thanks,

Maia,

The best thing to do would be to acquire an existing business where you can put 50k towards your equity contribution and rest of money you can raise under SBA acquisition program.

The best way to search for financing is to enter you information on www.biz2credit.com. If you meet the general criteria of a lender or a bank on the system, you'll be matched with them. If you don't meet any of the lender criteria, the system will educate you as to why you didn't fit the criteria and what you can do to qualify in the future. It's a great system and it's free. Good luck.
