I have an organic produce delivery service w/nationwide a social marketing alliance contract in place for mail order organics, based in California. I local organic farm & distribution partnerships in place... Company is profitable and I am ready to turnover/sell to an avid operational owner.

Social Marketing contract is w/DailyPerks, we have a nationwide agreement in place (fully transferable to new owner) 60/40 split.

Professionally designed website & SEO marketing campaign in place for remainder of 2012 (both included).

My question is how, can i sell my business?
