I have a profitable mobile business

I have a complex (and fun) jewelry & apparel business. It's a mobile business where we sell at motorcycle rallies. We also have a website and a retail location. Most sales come from the road shows. Last year it was $500k, this year looking at $650k. About half of this sales are cash...and we have huge profit margins of 100-500% I have no clue how to put a price and structure it for sale..any suggestions?

What you can prove will produce 2-3 times earnings and what you can't - if significant may be able to be dealt with as an earn-out. My guess is the nature of the business and the venues are going to reduce the buyer pool considerably. Having proven reliable access to inventory will also be important. We may be able to help.
