I have a franchise concept in the Mosquito Control industry. I need broker(s) to help sell franchises for 10K

I have a franchise concept in the Outdoor Pest Control industry specifically mosquito control. I am looking to partner with a broker to sell these franchises. We offer 2 different franchise investment levels, one at $5,500 and another at $16,500. The fees I pay to brokers is negotiable. This is a niche industry and I expect to sell 20-30 units in the next 6 months. Let me know if you are interested in this opportunity and I will contact you shortly. This is a seasonal business but has full time income potential.

I'd be interested in discussing a professional relationship with you on this project. I serve the Pacific Northwest and we have plenty of issues with standing water and mosquito control. Feel free to contact me at or better yet call me at 503-208-5157. I look forward to working with you.

Hi John,

We hare been in touch before on a few franchise opportunities that I had presented to you. I sense there is a very high chance that brokers aren't going to want to work with you based on the low sell price of the franchise since most of the time commissions are generally a percent of the franchise fees. Please let me know if you have other questions and we can talk through this.

My best,
