Hello Oscar,

If you consider funding for this and not tying up your cahs I may be able to assist.

Here are some basics of what I can offer:

FUNDING AMOUNTS * (50K - $150K per individual - spouse or partner can double the fund amount - average week processing time 4-12 weeks based on credit report)

NO COLLATERAL REQUIRED - UNSECURED - MINIMUM DOCUMENTATION - NO DOWN PAYMENT

GOOD CREDIT SCORE REQUIRED * (700 or better with minimal inquiries and late pays, a lower score delays processing time)

FUNDING NEEDS TO BE RUN THROUGH A CORPORATION THAT IS 2 YEARS OR OLDER OR ONE WILL HAVE TO BE PURCHASED

MOST RATES RANGE FROM 7% - 10% FOR QUALIFIED CLIENTS. CLIENTS WHO SEEK AMOUNTS LESS THAN $100K MAY SEE RATES FROM 10% - 13%. (Application fees normally $1000 - $1500 - costs substantially less in fees/interest than most Banks or SBA loans)

FLEXIBLE PLANS WITH EASY APPLICATION PROCESS

CASH AVAILABLE FOR ANY USE

Another Alternative:

If you have money in a 401K, IRA or other Pension Accounts you can also use those funds to establish a business legitimately! You DO NOT incur penalties to do this!! A set up fee would be required and you would need to establish a "C' corporation. I minimum of two people must be on payroll and you would have to one of them.

Please let me know how I can further assist in your quest to seek money.

Hello,

Would you be interested in a startup? I own a VERY unique internet startup and I'm looking for a REAL investor to become a silent partner: you provide an injection of capital, I take care of the rest. It's a much "smaller" investment (nowhere near $250k), but it could provide HUGE returns. If interested email me ASAP: derhe07@gmail.com. Thanks for your time.

Oscar,

Biz2Credit (www.biz2credit.com) does a large no. of franchise financing deals in the New York area. The best thing to do would be to chck the SBA registry and also go around Long Island to see what is working and what is not working. Biz2Credit can help to get you financing for your franchise as well as advice you what woks best based on the performance of the various franchises.

If you need assistance with financing, I can help. As a prior Banker at Merrill Lynch, I assist small and mid-size businesses nationwide obtain financing. Importantly, I do not require a cumbersome online registration nor do I charge eggergious fees. I am an advisor first and intermediary second. I assist from start through funding, including providing potential loan structuring options. I don't claim to work with 150+ lenders, I work with a dozen or so that I actually know very well; often from my prior work experience.

I have financed many convenience stores. Due to the limited assets, unless you are buying the real estate, these can be challenging to obtain financing for though not impossible if structured right. I can also assist with the purchase.
