John, I have no idea whether this fits your goal, but I do consulting for a group of exceedingly experienced people in the Nuse Staffing and Home Care businesses. I am now a Business Broker and do some consulting, including funding, but used to be in that business. In fact, in the 1970s, I personally introduced Staffing and Home Care to the Maryland area, when both businesses were unheard of, in the State.

The person I am dealing with has just merged two such Companies. They are looking for additional funding and investment, for additional acquisitions. This may be an opportunity for you to invest and work yourself into the business, if that is your wish.

Call if you have any interest, and let's discuss this. Don Barrick, at (410) 715-0700.

Biz2Credit ( can help you in getting business financing for the acquisition you are planning to make. The best bet would be to buy an existing business and expand it as it is easier to get financing to buy an existing business.

Register for free on and chose the case manager option to get started.

Hi John. Are you looking for an existing business? If you have no industry experience, a franchise might be a good option. They provide complete training and on-going support. If this is an option you might consider, let me know. I know of several, very reputable home care franchises.

John, not sure what type of home care business you are looking for but take a look at Granny Nannies - They do private home heath aids. I am not sure if there are any territories available left in Florida but they are based in Orlando.

Corporate Financiers

As a actual prior Banker at such Fortune 50 finance firms, including Merrill Lynch I can assist with your financing. I am an advisor first and intermediary second. There is absolutely NO upfront fees and I do not request certain identifiable information such as social security numbers, tax ID numbers, etc (though a lender ultimately would). I assist from start though funding including review of the financials, etc to help present your deal to a lender with your best foot forward.
