Go Browns! I live down in Cincinnati. Anyhow, to respond it seems you are in a good situation with the market place today. You should be able to purchase a businesses between 300 - 800K. Depending on the seller's motivation.

Just make sure you buy a business with some sort of management in place. You should look for a manager that has been with the company for at least a year. If you are looking for partners for you business this will enable you to purchase a business with million + in revenues and increased cashflow.

There are a lot of good businesses in Cleveland. Don't be in a rush to buy a business. Also make sure you get good 'seller' financing.
