I have 150k to invest in a business. I am looking for income of 10k/mo. Tired of corporate world.

Looking to leverage my 25 years of sales and marketing management in media. I would consider retail, but would want to manage that as semi absentee. Any suggestions??

We have a passive investment that requires no management and have investors globally. We do invoice factoring. We loan money against accounts receivables of growing companies. Our investors typically get paid quarterly. This is a very consistent investment that will pay 15% annual, paid quarterly.

Try a deli and/or diner. It's hard work, but good rewards and fun. Plus in the right area it is an excellent investment that will grow. And you can do this anywhere there are people. We doesn't like to eat great food? Also, have 2 possible locations in Florida under a different name that may be available together or separate.

JD, What part of the country are you looking in? I just bought and am in the process of opening a Franchised Auto Repair business. I have absolutely no auto repair background, however I have owned many successful companies and have a great deal of business experience. In this case I hired a shop manager and the rest of the crew and am really concentrating on bringing business to my shop by contacting fleet accounts and marketing. Auto Repair industry is growing and very profitable and my shop I opened for $60K. I have several existing shops for sale in the Florida (Jacksonville and Orlando) which just need to be re-branded to the Franchise. Franchise will provide full training and support. Most of these shops are around $125K turn key and most do $800K in gross which could be easily increased with the help of the Franchise. You could also obtain an Area Developer license and receive part of the royalties for every location you sell in your area. I'll be more than happy to speak to you about this in more details, please contact me at or 888-241-6629
