You are right extreme due diligence is needed -If someone is offering returns less than they can get from a bank , asking for the ultimate "insurance fee " "has millions to lend " but using free email and free website -- we runnnnnnn!!! Understands the hustle but its frustrating sometimes
we have to weed through many scam artists to get to the one true one ( kiss many toads befor eyou meet the frog that becomes the prince I guess)

You can tell because they will request fees through western union or money gram. Normally there is a fee for all business loans. Look for loans that the fee can be paid with a credit card or ACH. I am a private investor not a loan company please send your business proposal to see if I can help you get the funds you need. ezbusinessloans at outlook dot com.

OK, here's the rest of the question!
Some of the posts sure sound like they are "too good to be true"! Seems I have seen some of the standard wordings and terms from not so legit offers. I'm looking for a loan to buy an established profitable online business. Have over 30 yrs. business ownership experience. If you have a ligit offer with no upfront fees I'd like to hear it. Thanks!
