There was not enough space above...they are asking way too much and more than cash flow like 3x and more, while no one can verify this net income, everything could be altered. I am first time buyer for this type and I am planing no to work full time just folding though! Let me know your thoughts...thanks

They can be very expensive. The biggest startup expenses are not necessarily the machines; it is the installation of the plumbing and the electrical wiring. And like every other business, the success is normally a function of three things: Location, location, LOCATION!!!

But I have no idea what you mean about whether you are looking in the wrong field. The question is too vague.
