I am selling a good, solid, well-established printing/sign/mailing business in a great area. Is it worthwhile

It's a small shop (mom & pop) with good systems established and documented for a new owner to get up to speed fairly easily. THis site has a few additional options for selling that cost more money.... have you used them and proven that they work? I'm not looking for any guarantees, as I realize there are none, but I don't want to just throw more money at this listing without a good feel for it.

It depends on the quality of the business to be sold and the presentation in promoting it.
