I am looking to use my 15 years of experience in the retail sporting goods field to buy an existing business

I am looking to use my operational experience in the sporting goods sector to purchase a business with 100% financing. I have expertise in all areas and looking for the right opportunity. Daniel- there are several national/regional companies with these types of deals in place. Fleet Feet for example has one where you enter into a 2-3 year operational agreement with a salary during that time as well. I was looking to find one a smaller scale, with the hopes of having more control over inventory, advertising, etc.

Ivan, who do you imagine the seller is? Any strong retail establishment will sell for cash (perhaps some seller paper) so you are looking at a location that cannot sell in the traditional way - so what needs to be 'wrong' with the seller for them to entertain such a deal? If the inventory is under a floorplan count on the supplier NOT agreeing to this deal. It is also unlikely the landlord will agree to this. No money down is a tough 'sell'.
