You will never be going in alone on any properties but always with the other partners for some amount that suits you.
This partnership is seeking energetic, entrepreneurial leaders with strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational & communication skills. Must have proven abilities to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement action plans to generate revenue, increase productivity and reduce costs.
Ideal candidates would possess a proven track record in finance or real estate. They must have experience in managing multiple projects and people under timelines.

To join this group of partners as a working capital partner you must have $200kor more to make investments that interest you or you are able to raise funds to participate with the other partners.
Again, you will either invest your own capital or raise outside investment capital for specific projects.
Generally speaking, if you invested some portion of your funds in any particular project, you would spread your investments over several properties where the other partners invest with you and each of you take out a proportionate portion of the profits per deal thereby through diversification, lowering the risk per investment. Since the partners buy properties at a below market value in today's market, the risks should be minimal to the point that the investments can be made in a 401K or IRA plan. In fact that is what the partners advertise on their website to the investors who purchase properties developed by you and the other partners. You can ask to see the results of the partnership before joining if you are acceptable to the other partners.
Expected return is in excess of 40% per transactions on funds invested.
