Any real estate attached to the acquisiton? Banks want to collarteralize business purchases today with real estate. Owner occupant facilities with an ongoing business can be an advantage. They may take a note again the equipment depending on the deal structure. If the business has 3+ year reported profitable earnings track record, the better. Contact me additional details about you deal. Thanks.

Mr. Devries,

We hope this finds you doing well. Are you looking for traditional or non-traditional financing. That would be a question that needs to be answered. If you are looking at traditional financing through a bank I would recommend a local bank that makes decisions in house. If you have a hard time getting traditional financing there are groups our there looking for investments. You may pay a little more in interest but if your bottom is good it may be worth it. If you have any questions please contact us at 1-800-682-1950 ext. 101.

Mr. Devries, how much of your own money are you using using to purchse the business? What is the gross and net income of the business? Do you have experience in this business or is the management staying after the purchase? Please send further information regarding your $1.1 Million funding request to mg@goebelbusinessservices.com and I'll see how I can assist you.
