I am looking for a hotel executive/ investor partner who has a resume to offer with financing to offer.

I have located a number of lenders willing to lend me up to 65% LTV on a hotel loan. I have not decided which hotel might interest me yet. I would like to find one in the state of Michigan that is flagged and being sold below market value with a good operating income. Other than locating the lender and a hotel below value i do not have any skin in the game. Looking for someone with a resume either as a manager and/or investor. Capital requirements would be at least $3,000,000.00 Thank you, Dan
