I am looking for a business

I would like to find a semi-absentee business that could net me about $9/k month. I have about $75k-100k down payment available for a business. I would like some or all of it to be seller financing to be sure the seller is secure about the business and not selling out of desperation. Does anybody have any of these?

MAYBE I can INTEREST YOU IN THIS BUSINESS VENTURE?

ABOUT ME: I have been in sales and advertising for well over 20 years and know this type of business pretty good. With the economy, well let's just say it's the best time to do something on my own. I know that what I developed will help everybody from merchants, schools, fundraisers and most of all (us) the consumers.

PLEASE take the time to see and hear what I have developed and created and I promise it will succeed.

What I have developed is a very Sensible, Convenient, Affordable and a Revenue Driven Business with a unique twist that took several years of research and development that includes Low Cost & Effective Advertising and Innovative Fundraising Programs as well. THE BEST PART IS THAT it is RECESSION PROOF and designed to get everybody to SAVE BIG BUCKS.. a WIN! WIN! Situation for ALL!

I spent several years researching and finding out what works best for merchants, fundraisers and most of all the consumers. Although I found just Two other competitors on this level, during my research I found that they are not as convenient, local and affordable as consumers would like. So what I did was take out what they did not like and added a few more unique ideas, making us truly a One of a Kind Business.

This automatically puts us in the front seat at a very crucial economic time and we need to start our campaigning with NO TIME to be wasted.

THIS BUSINESS CAN BE FRANCHISE NATION WIDE and NET INCOME IS ENDLESS... HUGE!!!

AGAIN, Please take the time to see and hear what I have developed and created and I promise it will succeed. You can be located anywhere since you can be a silent partner ... AGAIN My GOAL is to EVENTUALLY FRANCHISE NATION WIDE. I can give you the numbers of what we will make when you contact me..you won't believe it unless I show you how! I will tell you this much...that just one location can NET well over $400K

.NOTE: I have a friend coming on board who owns a Laser Print and Fulfillment company, he knows my business very well and knows the potential of how much revenue it will bring in and has been looking to do something like this for years, so when I pitched him my business venture he was in with no hesitation. Though he does not have much capitol to put into this business, he will be providing some of the printing that is needed and the use of warehouse, office facility for business, conference rooms, telephones and much more. So I don't need money for office space for this location, which is a HUGE SAVINGS!! And he is not asking for much in return!!

Because I already have some of what I need to get this recession proof business going, I am only seeking $70k for this location.

Since it is so difficult to go into great detail, I would prefer to show you what I have developed in person and I will want to arrange a meeting at our office to speak to you ASAP.

If you are interested then please get back to me ASAP. This type of business will need to start up very soon because there is a time line for when this has to go into production and be ready for selling. I will explain how we will bring in a large amount of revenue and have back up information on a 3 year business plan.

I will beat any interest rate that any bank has to offer. I will also consider selling shares or taking on a business partner as long as you have the capital that's needed.
You will not have to know much about this business since I can run it myself and show you everything you would need to know.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Before you jump in the partnership as an semi-absentee owner you might want to ensure that your interests and money are safe. There are number of pitfalls you need to watch out for. Visit my blog here to get insight into partnership.

I like your idea of seller financing to ensure the seller has some skin in the game.

Indeed even if you have the best of intentions and have the finances, it is still like looking for needle in a mountain of haystack.

Confidential, I see you. If you're open to internet-based businesses, there is no need for seller financing. You can choose to buy the business one time and run it yourself, or you can choose to be part owner and let me run it for a period for a split profit. i WILL take care all of everything.

It's all about what you KNOW (knowledge and experience), what you HAVE (money, resources, skills, connections, determination), and what you're willing to DO (open-mindedness, hard work, diligence), and GIVE (patience, good work ethics, PR), and what TYPE of business you're getting into that spells SUCCESS.

Buy-a- Company

Sorry, I the misread. That is more reasonable. Something like $100k down, finance $200k. Monthly payment $4000 for 5 years? So, you would net $5k per month for the first 5years? The kicker is the "absentee" part. The seller would still have to be a fool to part with an indefinite $9k per month cash flow, in exchange for 11 months up front, then $5k less per month for 5 years, then nothing.

Absentee ownership situations should be evaluated almost like bonds. $9k per month without working is worth ~$2million. Of course, they always require "some" work, but also yield great fringe benefits.

Very few would sell a $2million cash machine for $75-100k down, and hoping they get paid the balance. But you may get lucky.

RESPONSE TO "BUY-A-COMPANY" - Again, just to be clear, I didn't say I wanted to buy a company for $75-100k, I said I had a down payment for $75k-100k. The selling price would most likely be more - and why my question discusses a preference for seller finance for the rest. Thanks.

Buy-a- Company

So you want to buy a strong company for less than one year's cash flow, and not have to work it? What legitimate business owner would sell (give away) such a company?
