How will commercial real estate and small business defaults affect the economy compared with residential?

The small business and commerical real estate implosion hasn't quite hit main-stream media quite like residential and is a laggard behind but, it is apparent and in abundance. We've seen what the residential problems have done so far. Now what will this next wave do in comparison?

The residential default problem is not over. The next wave is affecting the upper income properties, $600K+.
Commercial real estate defaults have begun and will be a much bigger problem thanks in part to the difficulties in restructuring CRE's.

I heard a guest on the Alex Jones radio show yesterday state that the commercial real estate crash is near, the bubble is much larger than the redidential bubble, and crash will be much worse. I believe the guys name was Lindsey Williams?
