How to sell a small 5 location chain of nice carwashes in Pa & Md ?

I have a small chain of financially solid carwash's (5) locations I want to retire and sell them all together. We gross about $1,000,000 in yearly sales with a gross cash flow of $500K all locations are very nice and well maintained. How best to sell my business. I can finance some of the purchase price also. Have 2 full time employees several part time.
