Well, you took the first step by asking the question. Next is to ask the right brokers. Most professional brokers will offer a free confidential consultation about the process and how to sell to maximize overall value and make the transaction and smooth as possible.

My suggestion is that you talk to several experienced Brokers about your business. We would need to understand what you do, a lot of information about how you operate the Company and then we would need three (3) years of Company Tax Returns, in order to provide you with an estimated Price for the Sale. In our case, this initial activity would be done without cost or obligation. If you like what you hear from us, we would then progress to a Listing Agreement, which provides us with the legal means of representing you.
