If you have access to investors, go direct. If you need to source investors, Brokers are always your best bet, although I cannot speak for Keep in mind that there are a NUMBER of Brokerages out there that charge a mint up front, and you get nothing in return, in most cases. Research all Brokers (and anyone else you deal with) carefully before giving them ANY information about your idea, yourself, or ANY money!!! Moreover, is your platform eligible for a Copyright? That is essential, since there are also investors out there that would steal your concept and run with it on their own, if you are not protected. TRUST NO ONE, in these kinds of circumstances. It is vital that you protect yourself at each step in your quest.
