How much to spend to hire lawyer to buy franchise business from start to finish?

I want to buy well know food franchise business, I meet with business owner and suggest me to meet my lawyer to draft agreement, he show me his income tax for last 2 years, yearly and weekly online report franchisee and franchisor, I don't know how much to hire a lawyer to assist and protect me from determine this document is accurat, make an offer and negociate and settle it.

Since you did not say where you live, it is difficult to recommend anyone in particular. No one can quote you costs until you speak to a specific attorney that will handle your particular needs. And the fees can vary, because the attorney him/herself has no idea what he/she will run into, until the actual documentation is received. In Maryland, we use an excellent attorney's services for this purpose, because he specializes in Franchise Law. You definitely want someone that specializes in that field. His name is David L.
