How much is a 2 year old online service-based business with 2,000 paying customers at $11.95 per year worth?

I have had a website for 2 years with 2,000 paying customers each paying $11.95 annually for my service. I have an additional 1,000 users who have signed up for an account on my site and for my newsletter. The 11,95 is paid on an annual basis, with users converting to costumers and new coming coming on board daily. My question is, what can I expect to receive if I were to sell the business. Or, how can I utilize this customer information to make more money?
