How do I get construction loan for Assisted living in WI? Have $1.8 in land and legal, surveying, etc..

Need $15,000,000 plus or minus to build 120 units with central kitchen, etc.
Muskego, Wi 25 years development exp. 28 realtor, 15 mortgage broker. No more cash up front. All invested in several projects. Need $300k to pay off bank at lower rate. Corporate owned.

#2. High leverage bridge loans on existing commercial properties.
Max LTV 90%. Minimum loan $10M. Pricing LIBOR + 550 – 750BPS
#3. Hard Money bridge loan: Max LTC/LTV 70%. Pricing 10-13%
