Dear Joan,
There are two ways that you as a BrokerWorks member can get a copy of the confidentiality agreement that is attached to your listings.

First, you can access it through your account. Log in and go to Manage Listings. Locate the listing for which you would like to see the agreement. Click the Edit link. Go to the 2nd page and find the spot where you checked the box to attach the agreement. Notice that there is a link that says "Click Here to see what this agreement will look like." Clicking the link will give a pop up window that shows how the agreement looks. If you would like to print the agreement you may do so by clicking the file menu and select print.

You can also access the agreement by searching for your listing as a buyer would and then click the button to reply to the seller. You will see a message asking you to complete the agreement. Follow the instructions there to print the agreement.

I hope this is helpful. You can reach us directly with more questions at www.bizbuysell.com/feedback.html.
