How To Sell A Skill Specific Business

I have a business that I am trying to sell that requires the buyer to have at least rudimentary computer skills in order to operate. Are there any ways to make this business more appealing to buyers or other avenues to get the word out that it is for sale?

The simple answer is to use as many methods of communication you can manage. But the difficulty is that the kind of business you describe is difficult to sell, and most of those kinds of sales are done through networking, not just advertising. This is why it takes the average Business Broker three years or more, just to break even on operation costs. Establishing that kind of pool of contacts for that level of networking just takes a lot of time and effort. It is also extremely dependent upon personal time and contact, rather than solely mass communication.
