Home Health Care (angel investor)

I found a home health care facility that I would like to buy.
I need around $100,000. How do I find an angel investor for
$100,000? I would be able to pay back the $100,000 plus 20%.
So $120,000 in two years. I have a perfect credit score 780.

The angel investor will want to see that you have put some of your own money in this. Have you tried some of the web sites like http://www.go4funding.com/ to search for potential investors. If you Google search on Angel Investor you may be able to find additional resources.

If you are looking for help in preparing a Business Plan or performing Due Diligence to analyze the financial statements of the seller we can help with that. Visit our web site at http://www.angelbusinessadvisors.com/services.htm to get more details. We have worked with number of businesses with great success.

What is the price of this business? Is it $100,000, or it more and you need $100,000 of that entire price, in order to get in?
