Not quite sure what you are proposing. Do you mean you are planning to secure a non operating shell company? With intentions to then solicit investments for real estate?

Please explain a little further. I am very experienced in working with and structuring those types of situations. In particular small cap public companies.

Or are you investing your own money and are looking for real estate deals? In that case I think you just need a broker experienced in the types of investments you are seeking.

Or, is someone trying to sell you an old , so called 'aged" corporation. If so, don't fall for that one unless it's really structured to trade. Pitfalls, obstacles and cons, beware.
