I am not an attorney, but I know that you need to be very careful. (I have worked with companies setting up H1B requests.) There are some strong restrictions on H1B Visas. You are here technically to perform only one function, and that is for the company that sponsored you. As I understand it, you cannot work outside of that function, for anyone but that company. And you cannot set up a company of your own, until and unless you can file with the Government to permit the company to hire H1B employees. Not a likely scenario. You need to see an immigration Attorney before you do anything; not doing it can cause you to be thrown out of the Country, which would also cause you to lose your investment, once the Government finds out what you are doing.
