Going Public-Going Private

A business that has strong expansion potential should consider going public. It provides an excellent vehicle to raise expansion capital, liquidity for owners and investors and adds prestige and notoriety to the business. This strategy is not for most small business however those with a very strong opportunity to grow should consider. It is easier and less expensive than many would think. It can usually be completed for less than $ 100,000, usually on a payment schedule, depending on the business.

We will be happy to discuss the possibility if you believe your company has potential.

Alternatively, some small companies that are public may need to unwind and go private. We can unwind even the most complex situations to benefit the principles.

Thanks, Paul
