"Fracture Investment" groups

I have seen Fracture Investment groups advertising on here. Can anyone give some feedback on these groups? I am totally unfamiliar with them. I have seen one a couple times called Investing in You (IIY). Do not know anything about them, is this one or any of them legit. If some one can provide honest/unbiased feedback that would be great! It is hard to verify if they are legit as I do not know anyone that knows anything about them.
