Found a great online business that I'd like to get an investor or a partner for

The business model is pretty simple. The great thing about this deal is the seller is looking for a quick sale. The seller is offering this for pennies on the dollar. All that needs to be done is the time to sell this stuff off. I have more information that we can get into later. The seller is willing to deal with those who are serious and able.

Purchase price is $250,000 for inventory of over 2 million items worth $2 Million or more. You would provide the money and I'll do the work. You keep the inventory while I sell it within 3-6 months possibly sooner. Inventory fits in 1-2 small car garage. What would you like from the investment? I'd like to do a 15-25% interest rate, but I am definitely open to any suggestions as I'm looking to make this thing work out. Let me know ASAP as this opportunity is going to be gone quick.
