Florida contractor seeking investor to flip "fixers"

Most professional house flippers understandably stay away from fixers, preferring to keep it simple and quick only buying houses that need just cosmetics. The lack of competition allows fixers to be purchased at the lower end of the scale.

Having some experience with home renovations in New Orleans, I know that a renovation does not need to take very long at all to complete. So the extra turn around time may only be a matter of a couple of weeks. Work is hard to come by for sub contractors so that getting quality work done quickly and cheaply is much easier.

Ideally, with sufficient resources, a person can be buying, renovating and thus closing on one house every month or two with a net of around $50K to $100K each.
