Eventually I am planning to pursue buying/opening my own bar. I estimate I should have $100,000 of my own mone

I am a full time college student set to graduate in May. Upon graduation I plan to work in the bar business in hopes of learning about the industry in order to buy/open my own successful establishment. I plan to start at the bottom as a bartender and work to put the pieces of information together for a solid business plan for a bar. I would just like to gain more insight on financing and advantages of having personal savings to invest. I am very passionate about this idea so no time will be wasted in providing me with information.
