Does anyone have experience with financing the purchase of a Fedex home delivery route, besides using home equ

Purchasing an existing Fedex home delivery route is a way to garner immediate, practically guaranteed income, but if you don't have $100K lying around to pay cash, it's difficult to find a way to buy a route, or even multiple routes. If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear from you.

Erin, I recall seeing other postings on this board about these routes -- people generally say that the returns are very small and that they require a significant commitment of time and money. I have never run one of these routes myself but I tend to believe these postings as in my experience franchise businesses generally have low profit margins.
