Do we need a broker?

Have successful pizza shop - sales around 600K net owner profit about 18%. Location somewhat rural and buyers tough to find. Low cost of living here and we're asking 249K. Would we get a better pool of potential buyers if we engage a broker?

Hello Heidi,
My name is Mary Wynn and I sell commercial real estate and business opportunities. I specialize in restaurant sales. I don't know where you are in the country but would love to talk to you a bit more. I think if nothing else a broker can guide you through what buyers are looking for and how, in this challenged lending environment, make something happen. Or at least let you know what to expect and yes, most do have more exposure than you as an individual would. If you are interested in talking more feel free to contact me at 360-551-1902 or email at mary@marykwynn.com.
Thank you,
Mary K Wynn
