We are financial consultants to a group of investors whom we have their consent to manage their funds which is in our custody for cooperation in joint venture business investments.

We, VETcorp, Inc., are a verified Service Disabled Veteran owned business, HUBzone Certified and an "S" Corp. VETcorp deals in bulk chemicals, both industrial and agricultural. We have in place substanial multi-year contracts with both Federal and State government agencies, strong P&L statement, great vendor relationships and a proven record of profitibility. VETcorp's IT infastructure is in place. VETcorp has strong financials and does not need cash investments but would consider selling the business.
