I need an investor to put up $ 100,000 for the purchase of an established business I want to purchase. Majority of purchase price will be financed per agreement with owner but need $ 100,000 down per owner terms. I can pledge the inventory as collateral. Willing to pay monthly payments of $ 4,000 for a set term. If interested, please e-mail rebecca_acosta23@yahoo.com

David,

35% is on the higher side. Our experience shows that including residual income it is around 20- 25%. Only reason could be lower rent for the place but then the volume of sales would be low.
