You have a couple of options, depending upon what you want the estimate for and what you want to spend. You can contact a valuation expert, who is a CPA, specifically trained in that area. Or you can contact a reputable Business Broker. The Broker will not give you something you can take to court, if you are looking to get an estimate for Tax or Estate settlement reasons; but he/she can give you an idea of what you can expect to receive in the open market, if you are looking to sell.

Or, you can flip a coin! (That was just a joke...sometimes, the answers are just too dry...)
