Are there any 80K investors looking to make 25%?? we have collateral

Hi, My group is looking to take over and existing bar that is making great money. We want to add a restaurant to the bar that will double the income. We are seeking an 80K investor for a one year 25% interest loan and will collateralize it with a business that is making large income... 80K will only be 1/2 of the money needed we have the rest. please email me if interested looking to move quick as the owner of the bar is giving us a deal.
