I forwarded this to my broker and he sent it to the buyer. They cannot get a hold of you. Your website is down, your facebook page doesnt have any contact info and the one website requires them to join for 100 dollars to get your info.
Could you post your contact info here?

Selling my restaurant. The buyers got turned down by their bank. The sale price was 245k with 100k down and they have over 25k of working capital. Good credit. I have good books especially for a restaurant. Loan officer said it was a slam dunk but underwriting turned them down because one of the couple does not have verifiable income. One has a nice job with a nice income and will keep that job.
The son will help at the restaurant and she has another person lined up to help manage the place.
Does anyone know of a lender with no upfront fees that can help save this deal and fairly quick? I dont want someone charging them 5k and then turning them down.
I could finance but I want to move and would more down than the 100k down and she doesnt have it.
