Any attorneys or accountants that want to get a finders fee?

I am looking for someone who has a client with the means to invest $ 450,000 in a well-established business that I am trying to purchase. The business is solid. I can provide a business plan overview, unaudited financials for 2008,2009,and first quarter of 2010 and some pictures of the location. I am offering to pay the investor up to $ 20 k a month. Investment term of 36 months. I'll pay a finder's fee of $ 10 k if the investor you refer me to provides the funding for this purchase.

Hello, I do have someone who is an angel investor. I'll send you the terms of his investment if you contact me at globalnerd@yahoo.com. Read his terms and then decide if this will work for you. Angie at globalnerd@yahoo.com

I do have skin in the game. I am putting down $ 700,000. The owner is asking $ 1,150,000 for the business. It's not on the market yet and I want to buy it before it is. I have been contacted by quite a few so called investors who turned out to be scammers. I can show a legitimate investor my bank statements to verify my funds (account #'s will be blacked out of course).
