Angel investor or silent partner?

I really need a walking living breathing angel, that doesn't mind parting with a small amount of capital under 80k to help me realize a dream i have. I want to open a unique bakery in Corpus Christi,Texas. I have proven recipes, that have been tested out on many different people other than my family. I have a back ground in cooking for the last 25 years and with the people who will be helping me run it a combined background of over 50 years. Everything is here that an investor could ask for, I just need the capital that a traditional bank or lending source will not or cannot help me with.
